How much is international shipping?

Shipping is based on the weight of your package, your address, and also the speed in which you would like to receive your order (i.e. USPS Priority Mail).

To calculate your shipping for a particular order, add all the items you wish to order in to your shopping cart. By doing this, the weight of your package will automatically be calculated.

Next, click on the 'checkout now' link (located in the upper right hand corner of this page) and this will take you to a page that asks you to register. You can either log in or continue as a guest to proceed. Then you will need to fill out the billing and shipping information so our shipping calculator can get the address you are wanting your order shipped to. Finally on the last step of the order process, you will see the confirmation page and your shipping rates will display at the bottom of the page.

Note: As long as you do not click the 'place order' button, your order will not be placed.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? (inside USA)

Orders that were paid with a credit card or paypal (the quickest way to get your order):
Ship within 48 hours of being placed (weekends and holidays excluded). Priority mail usually takes 2-5 days to arrive from the day we ship, and Express Mail takes 1-2 days to arrive. UPS Next Day Air orders arrive the next business day (i.e. Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday arrive on Monday). UPS 2nd Day Air orders arrive 2 business days from when they were shipped. UPS 3 Day Select orders arrive in 3 business days and UPS Ground orders can take as many as 5-6 business days to arrive.

Orders that were paid with a money order, cashier's check, or cash:
Ship within 48 hours after receipt of funds (weekends and holidays excluded). Priority mail takes 2-5 days to arrive from the day we ship, and Express Mail takes 1-2 days to arrive. Orders that were paid with a check (the slowest way to receive your order):
Ship 14 days after we deposit your check in to our bank. Due to the bad check writers in this world, we must impose the 14 day time frame for all checks to clear. Our bank is required by the government to notify us no later than 14 days if a check has NOT cleared our bank. Unfortunately, they do not notify us when a check has cleared but only when it hasn't. If you are wanting your order quickly, then please do not pay for your order with a check. It usually takes 3-4 weeks minimum from the day you mail your check to get your order. Priority mail take 2-5 days to arrive from the day we ship, and Express Mail takes 1-2 days to arrive.

Ship within 48 hours of being placed. United States Postal Service shipping options can take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive pending no delays in customs. UPS shipping options usually only take 3-7 business days to arrive from the day we ship.

International orders that were paid with a money order, cashier's check, or cash (average wait time to receive your order):
Ship within 48 hours after receipt of funds. United States Postal Service shipping options can take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive pending no delays in customs. UPS shipping options usually only take 3-7 business days to arrive from the day we ship.

Please Note: There is a 90 day $300.00 limit for first time international customers paying with a credit card or Paypal and we may require you to email us a valid form of identification (ID) with matching addresses. For established customers, we have a $1,000.00 spending limit on orders paid for with Paypal. Bank wire transfer payment is required for larger orders.

Does Collector's Cache ship outside the USA?

Yes, we ship all over the world! Please note that your country may charge a custom's duty or tax for importing goods. You are responsible for paying for any custom's duties or taxes that your country may charge you. We do NOT receive any of this money and this is in addition to your total order cost with us. To learn more about this, please call your local customs office.

Why do your shipping rates seem so high? Do you have a cheaper shipping method available?

We ship all our orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS (United Parcel Service). The cheapest domestic shipping option we offer is First Class Mail but first class mail is only available for orders weighing up to 1 pound. Sometimes our shipping calculator will not calculate correctly and will display shipping rates that are too high or low as the rates from USPS, FedEx and UPS are sometimes sent to our website in error. Also sometimes it doesn't take into account the dimensions of the items so things like Flat-Rate shipping options will appear, even when we cannot fit those items inside of a flat-rate envelope or box. While we have done our best to make the shipping calculator as accurate as possible, unfortunately there is no perfect system for this. Can I cancel my preorder?

All Pre-Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. It is our company policy that we do not cancel preorders as we place our preorder quantities with our distributors based off the number of preorders we get for each item. We realize that emergencies happen and some customers have a need to cancel a preorder. In this rare instance, we can usually make a one-time exception however there is a 10% preorder cancellation fee that we charge of the order total. As an example, if your preorder total with shipping was $200 then we would only credit back $180.
