Return Policy

Return Policy: Retail/in-store sales are NON-refundable. For online orders, you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Collector's Cache within 3 days of delivery for a refund. Depending on the circumstances and at our discretion, we may charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items. If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item), we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Please Note: bulk lots, mystery boxes, etc., are NOT refundable.

Refunds are usually issued within 72 hours after we receive the returned items back. Items must be received back in the same condition as we sent them in or we will not be able to accept a return. If for example you improperly packaged the items and they get damaged in shipping or you have opened items and they are not sealed anymore, we will NOT accept a return. In that rare case, you would either need to pay for shipping for us to send the item(s) back to you or we can dispose of the item(s) for you. You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive the refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. International returns can take much longer to process.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and if paying with a credit card, your credit card number information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and/or Mad Mimi and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our affiliates.

How does Collector's Cache protect customer information? We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, we do our best to make sure that all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We currently do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Collector's Cache disclose the information it collects to outside parties? Collector's Cache does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Collector's Cache. Collector's Cache may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Collector's Cache may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with or enforce the law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Collector's Cache, our users, or others.
