When searching for a specific card, use the card's exact name (make sure you check your spelling). 

If you're unsure of the card name, you can use a partial search: 

Example: 'Slifer the Sky Dragon'

If you only knew it had 'Dragon' in the name, you can search for just Dragon and have every item returned with 'Dragon' in the name.
